My Story
Hi,
My name is Sandya Jadhav, and I hail from Chennai, India. With 15 years of experience in marketing across various industries, there’s a different story beyond the professional front that’s worth sharing with you.
Life’s curveballs always have a way of making us re-examine our lives. I started questioning the definition of health after experiencing emotional pain over the years. While working out and eating healthy food have been the way to maintain my physical fitness, how can one maintain emotional and mental fitness?

Coaching Process
Step 1
You can reach me through the contact page to enquire or schedule a session. Please fill out the form, and I will respond within 48 hours. The coaching fee will be shared with you during our call.
Step 2
Identify what you would like to address in this session. I will assist you in clarifying what you want to focus on during our time together.
Step 3
The minimum duration of the session is 75 minutes. The duration will be extended based on mutual agreement between the two parties. The number of sessions required will depend on the nature of the subject.
Step 4
The coaching session will be in-person or virtual based on your location.
FAQs
Coaching sessions help you navigate your present situation and future outlook. It does not focus on your past. I will be your partner on this journey of self-discovery, providing you with complete freedom to reflect and delve into your situation/challenges.
Coaching is not mentoring, counselling, and therapy because these approaches guide you towards actions. In contrast, coaching empowers you to make your own decisions.
If you are 18 or older, you are ready to embrace a transformative session.
I coach both online and in person. The format is one-on-one.
I provide coaching in both English and Tamil.
